When the days are darkest, we invite you to a day of silence, fellowship, and replenishment.

On Lucia itself, we gather to honor the light, the outer and the inner. We are reminded of contrasts, presence and gratitude through yoga, ceremony and community. ✨

The day offers, among other things, Dynamic yoga , Reflection exercises , Cocoa ceremony , Yin yoga , Brunch and magical Circle of Light in the sign of gratitude ✨
