As autumn slowly sets in, the rhythm of nature changes. The pace slows, the air becomes clearer, and the trees remind us that there is a time to let go and recharge.
Autumn Reset is a full day created for those of you who long for a break from everyday life. A day where you can leave performance and must-do behind and instead land in your body through gentle yoga, meditation, spa and sound healing.
During the day you will have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system and give your body the rest it often craves but rarely gets. Everything takes place in the beautiful and peaceful environment of Smådalarö Gård, where nature becomes part of the experience.
