Prices
Each item is listed with a price including VAT.
In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.
Shipping price
For orders under SEK 1,300, shipping is charged at 79:-(incl. bulky surcharge), over SEK 1,300 shipping is free.
Can I regret it?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) according to law. Your message to us at the Academy of Nature must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.
You do not have the right to cancel
The product was opened or the service started during the cooling-off period.
When you have used your right of withdrawal
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.
How do I make a return?
Package the return well and attach the delivery note or other information where the order number and customer details appear. Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns are sent as a package and the package/letter must be sent traceable.

Right of exchange
Unfortunately, we do not make any exchanges. But it is fine to make a return and then order the new product.
Unclaimed packages
For unclaimed letters or parcels, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 159, for orders abroad, shipping costs are added.
For abroad, the rate for each country according to the forwarder used + handling fee applies.
Repayment obligation
We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
